Return Policy

All Items, except for Saddles, may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund; as long as they are returned in new condition.

Customer pays all shipping fees. Items may also be returned to our store, 13015 Middletown Ind. Blvd., Louisville, Ky 40223.

Kentucky Horse Supply Inc. reserves the right to refuse return of any product for any reason at any time.

We at Kentucky Horse Supply Value your Privacy. We will no share any of your personal information with any third party without your consent. This means that any information given will only be used for in house purposes.

SADDLE POLICY

In order for you to be satisfied with your saddle purchase, we encourage you to try the saddle on your horse before the sale is finalized

TERMS: Your purchase your saddle, we use this as a deposit, for the full amount of the saddle plus sales tax.

We ask that you use a clean towel to protect the underside of the saddle, that you do not girth saddles tightly, and that you do not use stirrup leathers on English saddles, as we cannot accept for return saddles that show any signs of wear or use.

On all saddle purchases you are allowed Ten Days, from the time you receive your saddle, to try the saddle and ship the saddle back to us in new, unused condition. It is not required that the saddle reach us before the end of the Ten Day period simply that it is shipped before the end of the period.

Kentucky Horse Supply Inc. reserves the right to refuse return of saddles and any other product for any reason and at any time.
